How does the camera tracking work?
PUSHUP uses your device camera and on-device AI to detect push-up movements in real time. Simply prop your phone up, start a session, and the app counts your reps automatically. No manual tapping required.
Is my camera data stored or sent anywhere?
No. All camera processing happens locally on your device in real time. No images or video are ever recorded, stored, or transmitted. Your privacy is fully protected.
Where is my workout data stored?
All data is stored locally on your device. We do not have servers or databases. If you delete the app, your data is permanently removed.
Can I recover my data if I delete the app?
Unfortunately, no. Since all data lives on your device and we never collect it, there is no way to recover data after the app is deleted.
What devices are supported?
PUSHUP is available on iOS. We recommend using it on iPhone for the best camera tracking experience.
The rep counter isn't detecting my push-ups accurately.
Make sure your full body is visible in the camera frame. Place your phone at a slight angle, about 3-5 feet away, with good lighting. Avoid backlit environments where your body appears as a silhouette.
